Drawing on his background in retail and hospitality, he brings a client-focused approach to every interaction, ensuring both landlords and tenants feel supported throughout the leasing process. Passionate about building relationships and delivering great outcomes, Wes enjoys meeting new people and helping clients navigate their property journey with confidence. He takes pride in being part of the MRE team and values the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact for his clients.

Outside of work, Wes is passionate about sport, travel, and adventure. He has skied some of the world’s most iconic mountains, including Hakuba in Japan and the Dolomites in Italy, where he completed the challenging Sella Ronda ski circuit.
