Driven, honest and confident, Lily brings a thoughtful and people-focused approach to her role as a Liveability Agent.

With a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving, she’s known for her ability to speak with anyone and make them feel heard and supported.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and Business at Victoria University, Lily also completed the International Baccalaureate with a major in gender and politics—highlighting her keen interest in policy and equity. Her academic background, combined with experience as a senior horse-riding coach and her work with the NDIS as a disability representative, gives her a grounded, practical understanding of how to support individuals and families from all walks of life.

She values the pride taken in presenting homes that meet expectations, providing clear and helpful feedback, and creating space in the industry for renters to feel respected and empowered. For her, the most rewarding part of the role is helping someone feel more comfortable and informed.
